He is an OMEGA mutant and known to be the most powerful. Not only he manipulated and fought his way to be the emperor of the galaxy, he snatched away and possessed the phoenix force and became powerful wielding it. He also killed his own father and he is still in the process of killing his brothers. He controls thousands of minions and has empires anywhere in the galaxy. No wonder, he is the MOST feared and baddest villain of all time.

And this is animated as in any sort of cartoony-looking character. Not just animated movies or TV shows. 10. Jane Porter- Hottest Disney character in my opinion and I had to put a Disney character on here. 9. Jade- Second hottest Mortal Kombat and video game character in my opinion. Wouldn't be on this list if it wasn't for the recent game. 8. Storm- Eighth hottest comic book babe in my opinion, though some of that is due to being portrayed by Halle Berry in the movies. And Halle Berry is hot. 7. Invisible Woman- Most of the reason she is on this list is because of Jessica Alba. 6. Emma Frost- She always dressed in a sexy outfit. 5. Mary Jane- Not as hot or sexy as Black Cat, but still hot and sexy and is Spidey's true love. 4. Poison Ivy- She wouldn't be on this list if it wasn't for Batman: Arkham Asylum. 3. Elektra- Always looking fine. Jennifer Garner is hot too. 2. Mileena. Hottest MK and video game character. She always looking hot and sexy with or without her mask. Now I know most are going to think I'm weird that I think she's hot without the mask, but in the recent game, I like it. She just looks cute. 1. Black Cat- It's pretty disappointing that many lists of the hottest comic book babes don't have her. She's very, very, very.... very hot and sexy. In Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, she's very seductive. I just love her. Now I know I'm gonna get a lot of complaints for characters that aren't on here. Characters such as Catwoman. I don't know why she's always chosen as the hottest. I actually find her to be quite unattractive. That mask is just ugly. I hate those ears and I hate that she rarely has her hair shown. She's just not good-looking. There you have it.
