Second batch consists of D Monks, H Boys, K D Zone, Chavat Boys and D Maniax Group. Third batch consists of Akshay Pal, Jnana Aithal, Pragati Boruah, Subhranil Paul, Prashita Shivhare and Kanav Sharma. Shraddha and Shweta, Mohit and Ana, Chavat Boys, D Maniax Group, Subhranil Paul and Akshay Pal win the ticket.

Queens and Divas "to be" , go through rigorous process of workouts, exhausting samba dancing routine training, styling and preparation of costumes , and obviously, cosmetic treatments for an entire year. Then there is the phase where several kinds of Samba contests are held within the country. There are numerous contests, like the one sen above, the Official Rio de Janeiro Carnival Queen and King Contest, organized by Rio Tur, the tourism promotion department / body of Rio de Janeiro City/ Municipality. Other contests are held in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Niteroi ( across the Guanabara Bay next to Rio, ) and some are private constest too ( not organized by state bodies ) . Several samba-school do their own "mini-samba contests" , at mid Sept. to decide for the best samba dancers for their own parade. The reason is an official Samba dancers wing, can only accommodate a few samba dancers...and the demand is gigantic. Some of the auditions for top samba schools like Mangueira, Imperio Serrano, Beija Flor, have sometimes between 120-150 girls looking for a spot! As you can see, a lot of energy, force of will and dedication go in this part of the Brazilian Carnival culture...
