Details of Disappearance
On June 25, 2000, Tracy was seen getting into a green/dark pickup truck on the 3500 block of Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia. The driver of the truck was described as a male with a dark complexion.
Tracy had been known to leave home on occasion, but would always stay in touch with her family. They have not seen or heard from her since June 25, 2000.
