Today I will be taking a look at a very small and somewhat unknown game developer, Vanillaware. Vanillaware has created several wonderful games that combine action platformers with RPGs. The games available in the western world are Odin Sphere on the PS2, Muramasa the Demon Blade on the Wii and GrimGrimoire on the PS2 again. A beautiful game made by Vanillaware,the guys who made Odin Sphere. This is the tale of the demon blade and the people involved with it. I'll be doing both Kisuke and Momohime's stories,but we'll start with Kisuke first. We get the tutorial out of the way and start playing on Shura mode,basically Nomral/Hard mode. Enemies appear randomly along roads like random encounters in RPG's,so be ready to fight at any time. Since this is Shura mode,don't be afraid to heal too,since you take a lot of damage when hit. Today we complete our first quest, and loot a couple of chests from the map. And I must say, I'm really satisfied with this recording. At the start of the video I go through everyone's equipment and such just to let you see. Running around the map and a few battles will lead us up to the first boss which is VERY easy unless you have a low DEF party. We grab our permit and run ourselves back to the town. The End. (less)
