James was the forth tandem in the group of Record setting jumpers and staff with Halojumper.com. Go Pro Cameras and Airtec Cypres 2 AADs were used in this first Skydive ever over Denali National parks Mt.McKinley. Another Extreme jump from a group of extreme men at Halojumper.com They exited over Coffee glacier at 23000 ft , deployed at 21000 ft and flew 14 miles to land on a sand bar on the Susitna river becoming the first Skydivers to ever jump over Denali National Park. Path Finder Neagle Ledet and still photographer Sherritta Chamberlain stationed themselves at the LZ to shoot video and stills of each jumpers landings. Erick of Talkeetna Aero Services coordinated the pick ups and extractions. Great job by everyone. Incredible Adventures and Halojumper.com provides the worlds only HIGH Altitude extreme adventures.

(more)Copy Haho (pronounced cawpee-hahoe) are most definitely the best band in the entire history of Stonehaven, a small town near Aberdeen, Scotland. They make spiky and skewed melodic indie rock and are often found playing around Glasgow with musical comrades Dananananaykroyd and Errors. Formed in 2004, the band comprises of Joe Hearty (Guitar/Vox), Rikki Will (Drums), Stuart Mcintosh (Guitar), and Richard Scott (Bass). Their debut EP Bred For Skills & Magic is out now on Big Scary Monsters, and they are set to release their next single Wrong Direction b/w Demons and Gods through Too Pure on 19th October as part of the labels singles club.

Rob exited at 23300 ft and flew under canopy 12+ miles to exit Denali National park and land on a sandbar on the Susitna River just south west of Spink Lake. Jim Horak is a retired Army Special forces soldier and jumps with other ex-SF soldiers at Halojumper.com. Rob and Jim hold the Alaska State record for highest HAHO tandem. (more)Something a bit random. I'd like to see how many people ask "what does this have to do with Halo?" :P Gear used in military freefall from high altitude. This is an early 80s SEAL team HALO impression. The MBU mask has been used from what I can tell and has even been patched with some rubber cement. The mask is one of the few, few specialty built O2 setups intended specifically for MFF. A breathing oxygen lineset would be connected into the mask via quick connect fitting to the male "barb" on the bottom of the mask. The lineset would attach to a regulator and oxygen bottle(s). The MBU can be fitted with comms and has a microphone jack on the side of the mask. The exhale valve is shielded for easier breathing in freefall. The MC-3 helmet is constructed from leather and is intended solely for MFF jumps. This one is perhaps a bit old for the mask, as it is a slightly post Vietnam. A later MC-3 was fitted with only the bayonet receivers and no button snaps. This on the other hand appears to be a transitional helmet fitted with both the button snaps and the receivers. The button snaps would have been used to attach earlier masks such as the MBU-4/P used occasionally in Vietnam jumps. The MC-3 can be fitted with internal headphones and an external boom mic if desired or required, usually done by the jump master. The goggles are standard "sun, wind, and dust" goggles. If desired, they could be replaced by Kroops sport goggles, which I might do at some point.
