Of course, it could be unintentional, but the use of a derogatory term for Asians in a headline about Jeremy Lin seems like something which could easily be avoided (not to mention picked up on during editing). This isn't the only time it's cropped up either, an ESPN news anchor also used the phrase on television recently. We're not suggesting for one second that ESPN as a network are racist, but we do think it would be worth their time to learn the phrase 'Achilles heel'.
