The High Court in Edinburgh heard that they were discovered during checks carried out on sex offenders in the community. The cherrypicker was removed from a site in Newmills in two thousand and ten. Thieves William Allison and Ian Doland were identified in a call to Crimestoppers after the pictures were posted on You Tube. And in sport; Celtic manager Neil Lennon will face three charges over his reaction to the their Scottish Cup semi-final defeat by Hearts.
